We Accept HSA/FSA Cards
YOU Aura Wellness Center accepts Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) debit cards for eligible services and products at checkout.
Eligibility Varies
Eligibility is determined by your individual HSA/FSA administrator and applicable IRS regulations. Not every service or product qualifies — see our Service Guide below for category designations.
Letters of Medical Necessity
Some services may require a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) from your licensed healthcare provider. We provide a downloadable template in our HSA/FSA Guide.
Declined Cards
If your HSA/FSA card is declined, you may pay using another payment method and request reimbursement from your plan if the service qualifies. Your booking is still confirmed.
Detailed Receipts
We provide professional, itemized receipts for every purchase — available as PDF downloads and stored in your client dashboard for reimbursement purposes.

Category A services are delivered by Anitia Brown, RHIT — a Registered Health Information Technologist and Certified Advanced Bio-Well Specialist (No. PB-036), whose credentials support the wellness assessment nature of these services. Category B services focus on stress reduction, breathing techniques, and nervous system regulation — a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) from your licensed healthcare provider may be required. Eligibility is always determined by your individual plan administrator.

Every YOU Aura service and product is assigned an eligibility category. These designations reflect general guidance — your individual plan administrator has final authority.
Subject to individual plan requirements. These services involve a Bio-Well wellness assessment — a non-invasive energy and stress measurement tool.
A Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) or additional documentation from a licensed healthcare provider may be required for reimbursement.

Somatic Healing Library
Guided body-based practices for stress and tension release, including breathing exercises and nervous system regulation. LMN may be required.
Wellness Memberships (Alignment/Evolution/Ascension)
Monthly memberships include a Bio-Well scan or wellness consultation credit. The included scan/consultation portion may be eligible. LMN may be required for the coaching portion.
