The Bio-Well Wellness Scan is a non-invasive wellness assessment tool that uses electro-photonic imaging (EPI) technology to capture a visual snapshot of your body's energy field. How to Use Your HSA/FSA Card
1. Pay with your HSA/FSA card
At checkout, enter your HSA or FSA debit card just like a regular card. If your card is declined, you can pay with another method and request reimbursement later.
2. Get your receipt automatically
After payment, an itemized PDF receipt is generated and saved to your dashboard. It includes our MCC (8099), the service description, and your payment details.
3. Download & submit
Download your receipt from your dashboard and submit it to your HSA/FSA plan administrator for reimbursement. Some Category B services may need a Letter of Medical Necessity.
HSA / FSA Payment Eligibility
YOU Aura Wellness Center may accept Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) debit cards for eligible wellness services including Bio-Well scans, stress management coaching, and somatic healing. Eligibility varies by service and individual benefit plan. Not every service qualifies — some may require a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN). Your plan administrator has final authority on reimbursement.

For the most accurate wellness scan, please review before your appointment:
Short / moderate length — perfectly fine
Polish and short acrylics are OK if nails don't extend past ~5mm
Long acrylic / artificial nails — not allowed
Extra-long or coffin-shaped nails prevent proper scanner contact
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We respect your time and ours. Please review our policies before booking your wellness session.
24-Hour Cancellation
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your appointment receive a full refund or can be rescheduled at no charge.
Rescheduling
Need to change your time? Reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your session by contacting us through the support form below.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable, as your time slot could not be offered to another client.
No-Shows
Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without notice is non-refundable. Membership credit redemptions are also forfeited for no-shows.
