No — and be wary of anyone who promises they are. Custom Spiritual Work is spiritual education and traditional practice. No outcome, effect, or timeline can be promised. Results depend on you: your alignment, your follow-through on the real-world actions paired with the work, your circumstances, and factors no one controls. YAYA designs and teaches the working; the working itself is yours to perform.
Is this therapy, medical, legal, or financial advice?
No. Spiritual guidance does not replace care from licensed professionals. If your situation involves health, a legal matter, money, or personal safety, your working will pair with real-world action — and you should keep working with your doctor, attorney, financial advisor, or mental-health provider throughout.
Who actually performs the work — and who is responsible for it?
You do. YAYA does not perform spells or workings on your behalf. She designs your working, teaches it to you, and guides you — then you carry it out yourself. That means you are responsible for performing it safely, including candles and open flame, oils, and herbs: never leave a flame unattended, keep materials away from children and pets, and never ingest, apply, or burn anything your working does not explicitly instruct.
What is the refund policy for spiritual work?
If YAYA’s divination says no to the work, she will not force it — you receive a full refund. Beyond that, your purchase covers YAYA’s time, case review, design, and teaching, which begins as soon as your intake is reviewed — so once that work has begun it is not refundable, and no specific outcome is promised. Kit services can be rescheduled without penalty if materials delivery is delayed.
Will YAYA do a spell on someone for me?
No. YAYA does not perform work on anyone’s behalf, and she does not provide revenge, domination, coercive love, obsession, or harm work of any kind. She offers protection, cleansing, justice and favorable outcomes, healing, road opening, and empowerment work — centered on you.
Does YAYA have to accept my case?
Every case is personally reviewed. YAYA performs her own divination before any working is designed, reviews tradition eligibility for culturally specific requests, and reserves the right to decline or refund any case. If the work is not right for you, she will tell you honestly.
