Refund & Support Policy

Hassle-free refunds are available unless the service or product has already been rendered/delivered. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out directly — I personally manage this site and am always happy to make things right.

To request a refund or get support:

Note: Refunds are not available once a reading, report, or session has been delivered/completed.

Please contact me before initiating a dispute. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first reaching out directly can cause significant harm to a small, independently operated business. I am committed to resolving any issue promptly and fairly — your satisfaction matters, and I will always work with you to find a resolution.
